Responsible Dog Ownership
P.U.P.S. believes in, and promotes, responsible dog ownership.  One way to show care and concern for your pets is to certify them as Canine Good Citizens.  P.U.P.S. sponsors CGC tests throughout the area. P.U.P.S. owner, Lesley Bowers, is certified by the American Kennel Club (AKC) as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Canine Good Citizen Testing will take place on Sunday, August 14th starting at 5 PM at Bethel United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall located at 4th and Market Streets in Lewes, Delaware. Net proceeds will benefit Literacy Education Assistance Pups, giving non-judgemental support to children in their reading. Appointments are necessary.
